TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rogue Aliens: Intergalactic Fugitive ("the Game"). By playing the Game or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age to connect a wallet and participate in OBS transactions or prize competitions. By connecting a wallet you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the use of blockchain tokens is lawful in your jurisdiction.

GAME RULES

Rogue Aliens is a browser-based first-person shooter. The following rules apply to all players:

• You may not use bots, scripts, or any automated means to play the Game or submit scores.
• You may not exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard. Scores submitted via exploits will be removed without notice.
• You may not attempt to manipulate, falsify, or tamper with leaderboard data.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel, Redis database, or any API endpoint.
• One wallet address constitutes one player. Creating multiple wallets to accumulate prizes or game advantages is prohibited.
• The Rogue Aliens team reserves the right to remove any score, ban any wallet address, or void any prize award if these rules are violated.

BOOSTER PURCHASES

The Game offers cosmetic and gameplay booster items purchasable with OBS tokens. By purchasing a booster item you acknowledge the following:

• Purchases are made using OBS tokens transferred on-chain directly from your connected wallet.
• All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, reversals, or exchanges for any OBS token transaction once it has been confirmed on-chain.
• Booster items are tied to your wallet address. If you lose access to your wallet, your purchased items cannot be recovered or transferred.
• Temporary booster items (consumables) are used up during gameplay and cannot be refunded once activated.
• Permanent upgrades (loadout items) remain in your wallet's inventory as long as the Game operates.
• We reserve the right to adjust item pricing, availability, and effects at any time. Existing purchased items will not be retroactively removed.

NO REFUNDS ON OBS TRANSACTIONS

All OBS token transactions are processed on-chain and are irreversible by their nature. The Rogue Aliens team has no ability to reverse on-chain transfers. By initiating any OBS transaction in the Game shop, you accept that the transaction is final and that no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including accidental purchase, change of mind, or discontinuation of the Game.

MONTHLY LEADERBOARD AND PRIZES

The Game operates monthly leaderboard competitions with OBS prize pools. The following tournament rules apply:

• Each calendar month constitutes one competition period. The leaderboard resets at the start of each month.
• Only the highest score submitted by a given wallet address during the month counts toward the leaderboard ranking.
• Scores must be submitted with a connected wallet to appear on the leaderboard. Guest play scores are not eligible for prizes.
• Prize distribution is determined by final leaderboard rankings at the close of the competition period.
• Prize amounts and distribution structure may vary by month and will be announced through official Rogue Aliens channels (Discord and in-game banners).
• Prizes will be distributed to the wallet address recorded on the leaderboard. We are not responsible for prizes sent to incorrect or inaccessible wallet addresses provided by the player.
• The Rogue Aliens team reserves the right to withhold, delay, or void prizes if fraud, exploitation, or rule violations are suspected pending investigation.
• Partner tournaments may operate under additional rules announced at the time of the tournament. Partner tournament rules take precedence over standard monthly rules for that competition period.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All game content including artwork, models, audio, code, and branding is the property of the Rogue Aliens team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any game content without written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of leaderboard data, or continuity of prize competitions. The Game may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Rogue Aliens team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of tokens, loss of prize eligibility, or data loss.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
